HOW TO ORDER

    1. Register with U.S. Communities

In order to do business with ServiceWear Apparel, you must be a participant of U.S. Communities, a large, nonprofit government purchasing cooperative that assists public agencies in reducing the cost of purchased goods and services by pooling the purchasing power of its over 42,000 public agencies nationwide.

Participation is completely free and gives you access to the reduced prices of all relevant vendors, including ServiceWear Apparel.

To register, simply go to www.uscommunities.org and click on the "Register" link.

    2. Receive a Free Product and Price Comparison

ServiceWear Apparel offers over 50,000 different styles, sizes, and/or colors of uniform garments within the U.S. Communities contract. To expedite the procurement process, we suggest taking advantage of our free product and price comparison.

Simply complete our product and price comparison spreadsheet with your current product listing and pricing and email to customerservice@servicewearapparel.com. We will then return it with a comparison of the ServiceWear Apparel contract products and prices for your convenience.

    3. Define All Agency Needs

Our program management team will work with each department to determine all garment customization needs. Products samples will be provided free of charge.

    4. Set Up an Account

To set up an account with ServiceWear Apparel, simply call our customer support team at 1-800-578-9023 or contact us at customerservice@servicewearapparel.com. It's as easy as that. Creating an account will allow you to order from our catalog.

    5. Place Your Order

There are four ways to order from ServiceWear Apparel:

Online

After you have created a ServiceWear Apparel account, you can login to our online catalog, available 24/7, to place orders.

Email

Email orders to your customer support representative.

Fax

Fax orders to 1-866-358-2107.

Phone

Place orders through the customer support team at 1-800-578-9023.



ORDERING POLICIES

Minimum Order

A $100 minimum order is required.

Samples

Call customer service to order samples.

Change or Cancel an Order

In order to accommodate your same day shipping needs, orders are considered firm orders at time of placement. Therefore, additions to an order will be entered as a new order and may be billed and shipped separately. Changes can not be made once the order is placed unless the item in question is a stock garment that is not shipping at once.

Returns

All returns must have a ServiceWear Apparel return authorization ("RA") number affixed to the outside of each returned box. Please inspect all goods before processing as altered, printed, embroidered, decorated or washed garments are not returnable (unless otherwise defective). To request a return, simply call 1-800-578-9023.
